ListingPress publishes native WP Residence properties from almost any source — CSV, XML, live portal feeds, a CRM, or another WordPress site. Price, bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms, size, lot size, address, map pin, features and the full photo gallery are written to the theme’s own fields, so listings behave exactly like ones you added by hand. How to import properties into WP Residence

Install the free ListingKit plugin on your WP Residence site and connect it to ListingPress.

Which WP Residence fields get mapped?+
Price and rental period, bedrooms, bathrooms, rooms, size, lot size, address, postcode, country, map coordinates, energy class, internal reference ID and the featured flag — plus the property category, action category (For Sale / For Rent), city, area, county/state and features taxonomies. The photo gallery is written in both formats the theme reads, so images show on the listing and in the slider.
Does it work with the WpEstate property post type?+
Yes. WP Residence stores properties as the estate_property post type rather than the generic one, and ListingPress writes to it natively — so imported listings appear in the theme’s search, filters and maps like any other property.
Can I move my WP Residence listings to a different theme?+
Yes, onto Houzez. WP Residence works as the source of a site-to-site migration, so a WP Residence catalog can be copied onto a Houzez site with its fields converted for you. Moving onto another WP Residence site works too, but via a file or feed import (export your listings to CSV or XML, then import them) rather than the direct site-to-site copy.
Will imported descriptions cause duplicate-content problems?+
Only if you publish feed text verbatim, which is why AI rewriting exists. Each description can be rewritten into unique copy so your WP Residence listings read as original rather than repeating text already indexed on other sites.
