Property Import

Import a BLM feed into WordPress

BLM is the Rightmove upload format that nearly every UK estate-agency CRM can produce — Reapit, Loop, Jupix, Alto and more. It's the same feed your agency already sends to the portals, so one importer covers them all. Point ListingPress at your BLM file or feed URL and every property publishes natively on your WordPress theme — fields mapped for you, descriptions rewritten to be unique, and new listings synced on a schedule.

How to import BLM feed into WordPress

  1. 1

Ask your CRM (Reapit, Loop, Jupix, Alto…) to enable your Rightmove-format BLM feed — usually the very feed already going to Rightmove and Zoopla, so no new setup is needed.

  2. 2

Install the free ListingKit plugin on your WordPress site and connect it to ListingPress.

  3. 3

In Property Import, choose the BLM (Rightmove format) source and provide your BLM file or feed URL.

  4. 4

Confirm the type/status mapping (codes vary by CRM) and start the import — then schedule it to keep new listings flowing in.

Which CRMs produce a BLM feed

BLM (Bulk Load Mass) is Rightmove's standard data-feed format, so most UK agency software can export it: Reapit (AgencyCloud / RPS), Loop, Jupix, Alto (Vebra), Expert Agent, Dezrez, Rex and many more. Because they all speak the same format, ListingPress reads any of them with one BLM source — no per-CRM setup.

Your CRM delivers the feed as a downloadable .blm file or a feed URL (sometimes over FTP — in that case, grab the file and upload it). ListingPress reads the field and record separators from the feed's own header, so exports from any vendor parse correctly, and the numbered image and feature columns are collapsed into your theme's gallery and features automatically.

BLM feed import — FAQ

What is a BLM feed?+

BLM (Bulk Load Mass) is Rightmove's standard property data-feed format. It's the export UK estate-agency CRMs use to send listings to the portals, so it's the easiest way to get your whole catalogue into WordPress.

How do I get my BLM feed?+

Ask your CRM (Reapit, Loop, Jupix, Alto, etc.) to enable a Rightmove-format BLM feed — usually the same one already sent to the portals. You'll receive a .blm file or a feed URL to point ListingPress at. If it's delivered over FTP, download the file and upload it.

Which WordPress themes are supported?+

Houzez, RealHomes and WPResidence get fully-mapped native listings. Any other theme gets a clean standard listing page.
